We are looking for a HR Systems Advisor will be responsible for evolving and supporting the digital knowledge management for all HR policies, transactions, support, and related information on a global scale. Reporting to the Product Owner, Reward HR Systems and working in a collaborative community within our People Experience function, you will be:
- Manage and optimise the myRioTinto HR knowledge management system to ensure effective and user-friendly operation, continuous improvement and compliance
- Collaborate with HR experts and stakeholders to transform business requirements into a simple design for presenting accurate HR policies, procedures, and information
- Secure and make content accessible within myRioTinto to the appropriate user roles
- Review, approve, and publish HR knowledge articles promptly, maintaining a reliable repository of information
- Provide training and level 2 & 3 support for RTTMS tickets to enable efficient utilisation of myRioTinto by HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Monitor and analyse knowledge management key metrics, conduct audits for accuracy and compliance, and proactively recommend improvements
- Participating in the analysis, planning and migration to Workday and ServiceNow knowledge management activities
- Maintain and facilitate the operational relationship with the myRiotinto portal vendor, in particular escalations, case management, statements of work, future upgrades, quarterly product releases and service performance
What you’ll bring
- Partnering and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to work effectively across teams and diverse stakeholders
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex HR information into clear and concise content recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on optimising and enhancing user experience
- Customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of user needs to design intuitive and engaging user experiences with a principle of simplicity
Desirable (not mandatory):
- Experience in knowledge management, preferably with experience working with HR knowledge specifically
- Experience in working with cloud-based knowledge management technologies (e.g Willis Towers Watson Embark, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)
- Experience with knowledge architecture and security permissions
- Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP; mySQL; Javascript
