About the role:  We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team and be based at our Brisbane office.  Reporting to the HR Director - Talent Management The scope of your role will be to drive innovation and make your impact as we create best-in-class experiences for our candidates and our internal stakeholders and shape the future of our Australian Talent Acquisition team.

Duties will include:

  • Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Actively recruit for senior leadership roles
  • Develop and implement effective attraction and pipeline strategies to proactively identify, engage and attract top talent across Australia and beyond
  • Use innovative sourcing strategies, techniques, digital platforms, and talent acquisition tools to build diverse candidate pipelines and enhance the overall candidate experience
  • Develop and analyse recruitment metrics and report on the effectiveness of attraction and pipeline initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technology to ensure our talent acquisition strategies remain competitive and progressive.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and provide coaching and support to develop capability and to ensure the recruitment service aligns to business needs
  • With the support of the broader HR team, create and implement a Talent Acquisition Strategy, which promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive workplace culture whilst continuing to embed our company values

About you:

  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a consultative approach. 
  • A strategic and proactive continuous improvement mindset, with a proven ability to improve Talent Acquisition experiences for both leaders and candidates
  • Successfully manage multiple streams of work and juggle competing priorities.
  • Qualifications in Business/Human Resources or related field (desirable).
  • Previous experience within an internal recruitment team
  • Above all else you will have a positive and a proactive attitude, with a sense of urgency and you will believe in working hard and delivering  exceptional results.
