About the role
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and collaborative Talent Acquisition Leader to join our global Talent Acquisition team and work closely with key stakeholders to build and execute effective recruitment strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth and success of Rio Tinto. You will:
·Lead, develop and inspire your team in alignment with Rio Tinto’s core values, ensuring objectives are met and the highest standards are maintained.
Establish, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders and the wider People community to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce plans and hiring requirements, ensuring sourcing strategies meet those needs.
Work with internal experts to define the ideal candidate profile for high-impact, business-critical roles.
Facilitate the resolution of recruitment-related issues, identifying mitigation strategies and driving continuous improvement.
