About the Role 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Administrator to join our Digital team. In this role, you will work closely with the leaders and the wider group to provide high-level administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who is engaging, organised, self-motivated, and forward-thinking, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key accountabilities include the following:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Digital leadership team, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively manage routines to support the seamless execution of daily activities and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of meetings, including room bookings, agendas, and follow-ups, while managing day-to-day team activities and forward planning.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and time-saving solutions to support proactive work planning.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, meeting scheduling, and ensuring all logistics are well-managed and aligned with business needs.
  • Process expense claims, raise purchase orders in SAP, and manage PPE orders to support operational efficiency and compliance with business procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with other support staff to ensure seamless coverage during leave periods and maintain continuity of service.

Technical Proficiency

You are highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP will be highly regarded. 

Calendar Management Expertise

You have demonstrated experience managing complex calendars across large organisations, with the ability to anticipate needs and coordinate effectively.

Project or Technology Team Experience

Experience supporting project-based or technology-focused teams is desirable, with an interest in developing further in this space.

Discretion and Confidentiality

You consistently handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

This role is open to candidates based in Brisbane (preferred), Perth, or Melbourne, and may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis depending on the suitability of the candidate.
