About the Opportunity
We have a new opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst who is ready to expand their current skill set and join a growing team. Based at our Osborne Park office you will be responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance system processes.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for the provision of quality outcomes in accordance with customer needs by applying skills, knowledge, experience and judgement, guided by established policies, procedures and methods.

Key Responsibilities
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
- Analysing and interpreting relevant data in accordance with business reporting requirements (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.)
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
- Creating functional specifications for solutions
- Implementing and testing of solutions
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
- Play a key role in the implementation of business software and technology related projects
- Assists in the development and delivery of training to key stakeholders and end users
- Develops recommendations to support business operations, and
- Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals
About You
- Completed, or working towards the completion of a, bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer science, or software engineering (desirable)
- Experience with business analytics
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent process management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with individuals at all organisational levels
- In depth understanding of MS Great Plains
- Good understanding of corporate finance; and
- Strong project management skills
