Technical Marketing & Sales Coordinator - Manufacturing
Location: Dawson Rd., Perth Airport
Roster: Monday to Friday
Reporting to the Manufacturing Strategy and Business Development Lead, the primary role of this position is to provide the day-to-day coordination of projects and tasks managed by the Lead and facilitated by the Strategy and Business Development team in support of the large, diverse and evolving portfolio of projects under investigation by FFI Manufacturing. Critical to your success is the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, discipline and organisation to ensure diligent recording of actions and follow up.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Providing a broad range of administrative support including but not limited to diary management, travel arrangements, expense claims and other day to day running of the function
- Organising, attending, participating, and minuting stakeholder meetings, and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary agenda, meeting presentations and other documents as requested
- Proofreading documents
- Ensuring documents are appropriately organised, filed and/or registered as appropriate
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
- Professionally communicate and collaborate internally and externally with key stakeholders
Qualifications and skills required:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferably in the resources sector or large complex listed environment
- Extensive experience in providing administrative support to multiple team members
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Teams, Sharepoint, Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook; and SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in collaboration with other like-minded team members and adjacent teams
- Ability to work across multi-functions and disciplines
- Proven experience in time management and tracking of tasks and deadlines
