We are looking for a passionate Technical Product Manager to work with our simulation digital platform and support business units with product development and the creation of value by supporting complex use cases across our value chains. You will be accountable for translating business and technical needs into a scalable software product that delivers demonstrable user and business value.

Reporting to the Product Manager - Simulation and working in a collaborative community within our Digital Products division, you will:
- Develop simulation products from our global simulation platform that creates insights and value to the business
- Collaborate with Domain Leaders, Product Groups, Centres of Excellence, and Technical Product Managers to ensure that products meet the end-user requirements
- Develop compelling product propositions and determine strategic positioning to optimize business process
- Exhibit a forward-thinking mindset, constantly envisioning future states of the product in alignment with evolving business conditions and strategies, helping drive the vision and strategy of RTSim6D
- Be part of fusion teams within Digital Products, working closely with Design, Engineering, Data & Analytics and Product Operations
- Support the planning and execution of scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Build and maintain trust with stakeholders through consistent, high-quality product delivery, and effective communication
- Partner with other technical product managers to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities that solve a wide range of high value use cases across the domain

- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your peers
- Extensive knowledge of dynamic simulation and other advanced analytical techniques
- Knowledge of the mining value chain is advantageous
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to both technical and business audiences
- Broad understanding of product lifecycle management
- Strong business partnering and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
