About the role
We are looking for Technician- Asset Health – Heavy Mobile Equipment to join our Asset Management team at Gudai - Darri.
You’ll be conducting regular structural and condition-based maintenance inspections on our fleet of heavy mobile equipment to improve equipment reliability, minimise unplanned maintenance by early defect identification and improve overall equipment availability.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Asset Health you will:
Carry out visual, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic and eddy current inspections as required
Establishing and maintaining accurate data in the relevant NDT databases
Executing NDT related routine and non-routine tasks
Draft NDT inspections reports
Identifying and recommending any improvements in the NDT inspection and HME welding practices
Processing oil samples
Advise Planning and execution teams on priority work
Analyse oil sample results (could re-word to simple analysis of oil sample results
