Are you passionate about asset reliability and preventative maintenance? We’re looking for a Condition Monitoring Technician to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the performance and longevity of our fixed plant equipment.
About the Role
As a Condition Monitoring Technician, you’ll be responsible for monitoring the health of our assets through data collection, sampling, and testing. Your insights will directly support our preventative maintenance programs and help drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Apply monitoring, sampling, and testing techniques including, but not limited to, rotating and vibrating equipment, to gather asset health data
Identify and escalate potential asset defects based on established parameters
Prepare condition and performance reports to support maintenance decisions
Contribute to the reliability and sustainability of our fixed and mobile plant assets
Support and coach less experienced team members when needed
What You'll Bring
Technical qualifications and hands-on experience in condition monitoring
Ability to interpret asset data and identify early signs of defects
Basic understanding of asset management principles and maintenance strategies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following standard procedures
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team development
VCAT1 with VCAT2 certification is highly regarded
TCAT1, LCAT1, UCAT1 and experience using Emmerson Machinery Health is desirable
