ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a Permanent position DIDO to Collie.

As the Technician Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for safely execute to safely execute maintenance work within an operation area as per SAP processes, maintenance schedules and work instructions as directed by the Supervisor Maintenance. 

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:  

ABOUT YOU 

• Demonstrate commitment and conformance to safe work practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance to the SAP process for work execution and capture related transactional data into the SAP system.
• Execute work orders as per schedule and relevant work instructions as directed by the supervisor maintenance or superintendent maintenance.
• Ensure work is done to the highest standard and history is recorded in SAP notifications for future reference.

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency.
• Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency.
• C class drivers license.
• SAP data entry, work order processing and warehouse functions knowledge
• HRWL-  Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, High Risk Basic Rigging, Dogging

Qualifications for this position are:  

• Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter trade certificate, Cert III in Mechanical Engineering (Fitter)

• Accredited Working in Confined Spaces Training
• 2 years’ experience in a relevant or equivalent role, with experience in the resource sector preferred.
