About the Role
Your responsibilities will includes (but are not limited to):
- Undertake preventative maintenance inspections of plant and equipment
- Undertake planned maintenance of breakdowns across the whole of site and various systems
- Ensure adequate scoping of corrective work to facilitate the planning processes
- Take a proactive role in maintaining appropriate standards of behaviour
- Be comfortable in the use of computerised system of SAP, excel, word and outlook
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in the implementing of new initiatives in a constructive way.
- Take personal responsibility for helping the team achieve expected results by doing what is required and taking timely actions within the scope of competence without being supervised.
- Undertake training on regular basis and provide support and coaching to work mates within the area of competence
- Promote and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable crews to work safely.
About You
If you have worked a maintenance role and you believe that your maintenance future could be in mining then we might have a relevant opportunity for you if you hold the following:
- Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Trade Qualification – Mandatory
- Valid Australian C Class Driver’s Licence – Mandatory
- WA Restricted Electrical Licence – Mandatory
- Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Space are desirable
- Computer Literacy to use the following systems, 1SAP, Fiori, MS Excel and Work
- Must be able to work at a high standard autonomously
- Strong presentation, communication and coaching skills and the ability to work closely in a team environment
