About the Role
As a candidate who enjoys working in an environment of high safety and operational standard you will:
- Provide high standards of customer service to internal and external employees
- Coordinate parts delivery, receivable and returns
- Assist in stock availability, reserving, delivering, sorting, storing and staging parts in the store
- Support Tradespeople and Supervisors with assistance with maintenance of workshop and equipment
- Administration activities to support the effective and efficient delivery to the Maintenance Team
- An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
- Follow standard work management processes aligned with 1SAP.
- Have a commitment to safety and genuine care for their team.
About You
If you have worked or are new to a maintenance role you believe that your maintenance future could be in mining then we might have a relevant opportunity for you if you hold the following:
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian ‘C’ class licence
- Preference given to individuals with operating experience of any/multiple of the following: Forklift, Tool Store, Parts Coordinator, Warehousing or Trade Assistant experience
- Desirable – SAP knowledge and experience and Forklift licence
- Have exceptional risk management skills
- Ability to problem solve and react to unplanned situations
- Experience managing the day-to-day completion of scheduled maintenance work
- Experienced in 1SAP work management
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong presentation, communication and coaching skills and the ability to work closely in a team environment
- Proven commitment to look after your own wellbeing and the confidence to speak up when others put themselves in harm’s way.
- Be focused on working collaboratively within your team to achieve results.
