Trades Assistant role available NOW for South Walker Creek Mine!

The Offer -

• From $58 per hr full-time based on experience!
• Super Paid on all hours worked
• DIDO/ BIBO from Mackay to camp less than 2 hrs from Mackay at Coppabella!
• Up to 7hrs per swing paid travel time
• Extra Shift Incentive on hours worked outside your standard 7/7 roster
• 7/7 rotating roster | Paid fortnightly.

What is your day-to-day going to look like?

• Assisting our trades as required to maintain and service our rental fleet namely, D11 Dozers, 16M & 24M Graders, Fleet of 773 to 793 Trucks, 400T & 600T Excavators & many more.
• Assisting with spotting, packing, and unpacking of tooling, general ad hoc tasks
• Ensure all maintenance work areas are clean and tidy 

 What are you bringing to the table?

• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia – no sponsorship available
• A strong commitment to safety, health, and the environment, with a proactive approach to housekeeping and an understanding of coal mining safety practices
• Demonstrated experience within a mechanical or engineering industry
• Current Australian driver’s licence (mandatory)
• Current Standard 11
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment, Drug & Alcohol screen and Coal Board Medical
• National Police Check (willing to obtain)
