We are currently seeking applications from self-motivated Trade Training Administrators who are driven to contribute to the support of the Training Department.

What your day looks like: 

  • Trade Upgrade & Apprenticeship Administration
  • Assist in the end-to-end Training Booking Process.
  • Create User Profiles in the Emeco Training Management System (Myosh Viking/Rapid), allocate Inductions, monitor for Completion and Create Records accordingly.
  • Create and maintain close working relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • Assist in the end-to-end training booking process.
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders
  • Assisting Subcontractor compliance and verification
What we'll need from you:
  • High Level of Computer Literacy.
  • Administration Qualification Desirable
  • High attention to detail and driven
  • Experience in Microsoft office Suites (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to communicate with all personnel in the business at all levels.
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, gap analysis/auditing skills and the ability to keep and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience with Electronic Learning & Training Management System (Rapid, Work metrics and Myosh Viking) - Highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the Australia Quality Training Framework (AQTF) – Desirable.
