We are currently seeking applications from self-motivated Trade Training Administrators who are driven to contribute to the support of the Training Department.

What your day looks like:
- Trade Upgrade & Apprenticeship Administration
- Assist in the end-to-end Training Booking Process.
- Create User Profiles in the Emeco Training Management System (Myosh Viking/Rapid), allocate Inductions, monitor for Completion and Create Records accordingly.
- Create and maintain close working relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Assist in the end-to-end training booking process.
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Assisting Subcontractor compliance and verification
What we'll need from you:
- High Level of Computer Literacy.
- Administration Qualification Desirable
- High attention to detail and driven
- Experience in Microsoft office Suites (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to communicate with all personnel in the business at all levels.
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, gap analysis/auditing skills and the ability to keep and maintain accurate records.
- Experience with Electronic Learning & Training Management System (Rapid, Work metrics and Myosh Viking) - Highly desirable.
- Understanding of the Australia Quality Training Framework (AQTF) – Desirable.
