Trades Assistant

We are seeking a self-motivated Trade Assistant to join our amazing Forrestfield Workshop. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful candidate will have a mechanical background with workshop knowledge and experience.

December 2023 start date.

Required skills/experience and attributes:

• A High-risk forklift licence (mandatory)
• HR licence -Truck driving involving deliveries and pickups (mandatory)
• Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Dogging Ticket 
• Intermediate Rigging (advantageous) 
• Sandblast/paint experience (advantageous)
• Australian working rights
• A strong commitment to safety
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus
• Exposure to a workshop environment
• General workshop/yard clean up duties; and
• The ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
