Trade Assistant- Perth Workshop

Macmahon is currently seeking a highly motivated Trade Assistant to join the team in our Macmahon Workshop based at the Perth Airport. You will be required to work 10-hour shifts, with 1 week of afternoon shift each month. You will be part of a small, high energy team where your multiple skill sets, and qualifications will be highly valued.

Health, Safety and Risk

• Complete pre-start checks
• Attend and participate in PSI and safety meetings
• Inspect work area and equipment for hazards, damage and defects prior to commencing work
• Ensure individual compliance with all relevant legislation, codes of practice, Macmahon and Client instructions, policies, procedures and practices
• A strong safety and procedural focus

Technical/Operational

• Ensure all relevant documents are submitted efficiently and accurately on time for processing
• Able and willing to conduct other tasks when required

Team Contribution

• Support employees and contractors to comply with all relevant policies and procedures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a NPC
