What is a Dynamic Roster?

Simply explained, this is a variable work schedule designed to meet the highs and lows of work demand, typically found in Shutdown work. Rosters are available via a mobile app on the 1st of each month, with details of the following month ahead. Eg: 1st of June, you can access your roster for July.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Prior experience working in mining is required
• Prior experience working alongside mechanical tradespeople is required
• Strong safety ethics
• You will be a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and further develop
