Due to ongoing growth within our Force Workshops in Mackay, we are currently looking for an experienced Stores/Yardsperson to join our team at Caterpillar Drive. Reporting to the Supervisor, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties;

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance for our Storeman
- Carry out parts pick ups and deliveries.
- Collection of parts from local suppliers
- Distribution of components to relevant bays
- Maintaining yard and organisation of store
- Safe delivery of materials onsite
- Ability to safely conduct operations in high traffic areas by following relevant procedures
Required skills / experience & attributes:
- A strong commitment to safety, health and the environment, with a proactive approach to housekeeping
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a role within a mechanical or engineering industry
- Current MR Licence (Highly Desirable)
- Driver’s licence
- Current High Risk Forklift Licence
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- A keen eye for detail, presentation and craftsmanship.
