Trainee Business Administrator

Due to the continuous growth, we are currently seeking expressions of interest from motivated individuals, who are keen to jump-start their career withing mining industry and join us for a Business Administration Traineeship Program which we run throughout the year.
 
These positions will initially be offered on a 5 days on / 2 days off (M-F) roster based at the Macmahon Head Office. As the successful candidate’s progress with their on-the-job training, the role will eventually be working at one of our Western Australia mining operations on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) roster out of Perth 2:1 or 8:6.
 
To be considered for these positions, you must:

•    Be available to attend an Assessment Day
•    Be prepared to work in remote areas, working FIFO
•    Hold a current driver’s licence
•    Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
•    Be able to work autonomously and part of a team
•    Demonstrate professionalism and maintain high levels of confidentiality and honesty at all times
