About the Role
A great learning opportunity is available at BHP WA Asset Projects for candidates looking to build a career in Project Management and join our team of future Project Managers.
This exciting entry level program is designed to develop highly skilled and work ready project managers by providing a platform for non-tertiary qualified candidates to undertake a 2-year program, where you will achieve a nationally recognized Certificate IV in Project Management Practice upon successful completion, and receive on the job, paid work experience.
We are offering a number of these opportunities across our WA Iron Ore and/or Nickel West operations including regional centers of Newman, Port Hedland, and Perth. The Learning Program will be offered on a variety of rosters based on the location requirements. These include:
- Perth residential 5:2 – travel to site as required.
- Newman residential 5:2 / FIFO (Project specific)
- Port Hedland residential 5:2 / FIFO (Project specific)

- Hold a high commitment to safety and Zero harm
- Demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal or have a desire to learn

- It is essential that you are passionate to work in the mining industry and willing to learn new skills
