Due to our ongoing growth, Macmahon are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced people to join the team at the Warrawoona Gold Project mine located 25km from Marble Bar. Macmahon have secured a 5-year Surface mining contract with Calidus Resources, this mine is developing 1.5 million ounces.

We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer to join the Warrawoona team on a 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth. This role will be required to coordinate, identify and execute training and assessment in accordance with Macmahon training standards and site-specific training plan.

To be considered for this position you must have:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
• Certificate IV WHS.
• Proficient in Microsoft products – Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Prior experience in SuccessFactors and INX systems would be advantages. 
• Frontline management certification/training.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrating commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values.
