Join the Macmahon Surface Team as an experienced Trainer & Assessor at our Greenbushes project. In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver operational training to ensure all site personnel perform their roles safely and in line with industry standards, company policies, and client requirements.

About the role 

• Deliver and manage all operational training requirements across the project.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Consult with leaders, workers, and stakeholders on HSEQT matters.
• Conduct Safe Act Observations (SAOs) and correct processes and behaviours as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

About you  

• Cert IV Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Over 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
• Competent in operating various equipment (haul truck, loader and ancillary equipment).
• Current Australian C Class driver’s licence.
