Job Tasks and Responsibilities

With our organisation poised for growth, we are offering exciting opportunities for a Trainer Assessor/Tool Store Person to join our maintenance team. Reporting directly to your Shift Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring Employee and Contractors skills and qualifications meet the needs and requirements of site.
• Management of workshop tooling.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Certificate IV Training and Assessing (TAA/TAE) or equivalent.
• A proven ability for one on one and group training facilitation and presentation.
• Experience in designing and implementing training packages.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• A proven track record with regard safe and productive operating practices including operating for reliability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Desirable:

Experience working in an open-cut coal mine on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to:

• Graders
• Water Carts
• Haul Trucks
• Dozers
