Trainer - Corporate Systems (IT)

Join Macmahon’s dynamic Technology & Innovation team and play a pivotal role in empowering our employees across Australian. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your expertise will shape how our workforce engages with critical systems and processes.

This is a six-month contract with potential for extension.

About the role

In this role you will:

Primarily focus on developing training materials, prepare an effective training schedule.

Provide instructor lead training sessions to Macmahon all level of users for use of SAP S/4HANA system and related corporate technology systems.

Work closely with all levels of stakeholders within the business to ensure training outcomes align with organisational business process and support with process improvements in the training scope.

Based in our Head Officer near Perth Airport on Monday to Friday roster.

Travel to Macmahon remote sites conducting onsite training approximately 1 week per month

About you

To excel in this role, you will bring:

Essential

Degree / diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years).

Extensive experience on lead-instructor delivering SAP system training.

Strong hands-on functional experience as SAP system key user.

Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organisational skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service focus, demonstrated through courteous and professional interactions with all stakeholders.

Desirable

Prior mining industry or contracting environment experience.

Prior experience of SAP S/4HANA asset management or maintenance system applications.
