Trainer - Production

Join the Tropicana team as an experienced Production Trainer and be responsible for conducting on-the-job training sessions to enhance technical skills, safety awareness, and operational efficiency.
About the role
- FIFO from Perth
- 8:6 days only roster
Duties include, but not limited to
- Coordinating and executing training and assessment in accordance with Macmahon training standards & site-specific training plan
- Maintaining training records to ensure accuracy, currency & confidentiality
- Support training of other site departments as required
- Ensuring compliance of training forecast/schedule & allocated training requirements
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a mine site environment
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 update is required)
- Demonstrated extensive experience in training and operating a variety of the below
- CAT 6040/ 6060 excavators and a variety of ancillary gear including dozers, graders, loaders and haul trucks
