Trainer - Production

All Round Operator & Excavator Trainer

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Production Trainer to join our team at Tropicana. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality operational training, ensuring our production workforce meets all compliance, safety, and performance standards. Tropicana operates a modern and diverse fleet, including: D10 Dozers, 994 Loaders, 16M Graders, CAT 6060 Diggers and CAT 793F Trucks

About the role
 

• 8:6 roster FIFO from Perth
• Undertake field observations for performance of personnel operating procedures.
• Stay up-to-date and skilled in your operations, either independently or with a mentor/expert.
• Ensure compliance of training forecast/schedule and allocated training requirements.
• Support training of other site departments as required.

About you

• Current Cert IV Training and Assessment.
• Minimum 5 years in a Mining/Training/Assessor role.
• Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence (manual).
• Skilled in operating haul trucks, loaders, and other essential equipment
