Trainer - UG Learning and Development

The Macmahon Underground team are seeking an Underground Trainer to work an even time roster, located in Perth.

The primary focus of the role is to co-ordinate the delivery of all operational training requirements across Macmahon's Operations to ensure all personnel can perform their roles in accordance with industry standards and Macmahon policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements:

Current Cert IV TAE
Minimum 5 years underground experience
Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
Current Australian C class Driver’s Licence (manual)
Competent in operating various equipment with haul truck, loader and ancillary equipment as a minimum
Ability to communicate confidently, build rapport and effectively liaise with people at all levels

Desirable Requirements:

Recent RII Qualifications for heavy mining equipment
Certificate IV WHS
Frontline management certification/training
First aid certificate

Dump Trucks  - Atlas 5020
Normet – Charmec 1614B
IT Loader – Volvo 120
