The Macmahon Underground team are seeking an experienced Trainer to work 2/2 roster, based in Perth.
The primary focus of the role is to co-ordinate the delivery of all operational training requirements across Macmahon's Underground operations from the WAC office based in Perth to ensure site personnel can perform their roles in accordance with site, industry standards and Macmahon policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Current Cert IV in Training & Assessment (40116)
- Minimum 5 years underground experience
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Current Australian C class Driver’s Licence (manual)
- Competent in operating various equipment with haul truck, loader and ancillary equipment as a minimum
- Ability to communicate confidently, build rapport and effectively liaise with people at all levels
Desirable Requirements:
- Recent RII Qualifications for heavy mining equipment
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
- Frontline management certification/training
- First aid certificate

- Dump Trucks - Atlas 5020
- Normet – Charmec 1614B
- IT Loader – Volvo 120
