Training Administrator

We are currently seeking applications from self-motivated Training Administrators who are driven to contribute to the support of the Training Department.
Reporting to the Training Superintendent this role is responsible for the receipt of New Starters and External Personnel ensuring that Inductions are Sent, Recorded, and Maintained. Onboarding Qualification, Tickets and Licenses are Recorded, Monitored and Reportable.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Training Function by promptly responding to Induction and Training Requests.
- Monitor Induction Completion and Engage with all relevant parties till completed.
- Liaise with Human Resources and Recruitment to ensure that notification of availability and completion of compliance-based training is advised quickly.
- Create User and Employee Information Profiles.
- Monitor Compliance in Consultation with Stakeholders.
- Create User Profiles in the Emeco Training Management System (Myosh Viking), allocate Inductions, monitor for Completion and Create Records accordingly.
- Assist in the end-to-end Training Booking Process.
- Create and maintain close working relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.
Required skills/experience and attributes:
- A ' Can Do' attitude.
- High Level of Computer Literacy.
- Administration Qualification Desirable
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) - Desirable
- High attention to detail and drive to get this right.
- Experience in Microsoft office Suites (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Ability to communicate with all personnel in the business at all levels.
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, gap analysis/auditing skills and the ability to keep and maintain accurate records.
- Experience with Electronic Learning & Training Management System (Rapid, Workmetrics and Myosh Viking) - Highly desirable.
- Understanding of the Australia Quality Training Framework (AQTF) – Desirable.
