About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Training Administrator to join our Delivery Team in the Autonomous Haulage Project at Mining Area C. The successful candidate will report to the Lead Delivery Mining Readiness and work closely with the Training Coordinator & Trainers playing a crucial role in scheduling a high volume of Training activities, along with supporting the project delivery team with administrative tasks. 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

•    Scheduling Training activities as per the Training schedule •    Coordinate travel, meetings and events relating to projects •    Proactively organize and coordinate all administrative tasks to support portfolio work and delivery of plans  •    Onboarding new team members •    Coordinate with external vendors, raising purchase orders and invoicing

About You

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and have an eagerness to solve problems

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to work in a dynamic team culture

  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Systems experience desirable – SAP, Workflow, Enable
