About the Role
We are currently seeking a Training and Compliance Superintendent based at the Maules Creek Coal Handling and Processing Plant (CHPP). This role will support the plant in the development of a health and safety-focused culture.
What you’ll Do
- Manage the training skills matrix and coordinate training programs
- Monitor site compliance for audits, contractor safety and other health and safety components
- Lead ICAM investigations and prepare WHS reports
- Assist the CHPP Superintendent and Manager when required
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or related discipline.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- First Aid Certificate
- Demonstrated relevant experience
