About the Role

We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join the Autonomous Haulage Delivery team within West Australian Asset Projects.

This role will be offered on a FIFO on a 5:2,4:3 roster, with added flexibility due to project demands.

As part of Mining Readiness Delivery Team and reporting to the Lead Delivery Mining Readiness, this role is responsible for managing the execution of the training plan, ensuring essential data management practices and routine reporting to drive efficiency across the Mining Readiness Team.

You will deliver sustainable, quality, and timely outcomes to enable project completion.

Your duties include and are not limited to:

  • Assist and develop resource plans including training strategy and management.
  • Manage resources ensuring adequate coverage is available to deliver on training service requirements for site / project execution.
  • A strong commitment to continuous improvement with a focus on improving training materials and delivery methodologies to improve the experience and efficiency of the training approach.
  • Experience in applying your strengths in analysis and problem solving to develop business solutions.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple deliverables across stakeholders.

About You

This role demands you to own the plan.

In this role your ability to take ownership of the plan and schedule and to provide robust reports weekly to inform the customer group is essential. You will have a keen eye to identify any risks and work towards a solution to mitigate those risks.

Possessing the below skill set will see you succeed in this role:

  • Advanced Excel experience with the ability to build reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across a range of teams.
  • Digital fluency and the ability to use technology.
  • Understanding of learning principles, frameworks, and the integration of these into the design of training programs to facilitate best practice learning experiences for participants.
  • Ability to lead change and find new ways of adding value.
  • A strong commitment to continuous improvement with a focus on improving training materials and delivery methodologies to improve the experience and efficiency of the training approach.
  • You will be a data driven person and have the ability to analyse data to drive a decision.
  • Previous experience with an Autonomous fleet management operating system is highly desirable.

In addition, you may possess.

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis or a training background.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Education, Training, Learning and Development or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
