We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Training Advisor with a strong focus on mobile plant equipment training. This permanent, site-based role offers exciting challenges, career growth and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Need

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or above) – essential
• Cert IV in Health & Safety (or above) - essential
• Site Based Training mobilisation experience
• Mobile plant equipment training experience
• CMS monitoring and reporting skills
• Australian Driver’s Licence – mandatory
• QLD Coal Mining experience – essential
• Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to complete NPC & Pre-Employment Medical
• Unrestricted Australian work rights (visa sponsorship not available)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and maintain training, assessments & safety documentation
• Support and coach managers on safety systems & processes
• Monitor, track & report safety and training performance
• Lead investigations & manage corrective actions
• Conduct audits, inspections & injury management
• Ensure mobilisation and training compliance for all site personnel
