Training Specialist

Work Location:

Fortescue Centre & Bennett St

• Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.

Roster:

Monday to Friday

Specialist Training role that will involve Apprenticeship / Traineeship RTO compliance and governance. The role will specialist in a number of areas through the Learning Team that involves project management work and ability to assist other key areas within the Learning Delivery group. This position will suit candidates that have sound knowledge with all aspects of a Training and Learning Framework. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Qualifications in development, delivery and compliance
• ASQA and RTO knowledge and compliance
• Presentation facilitation and coaching
• Understanding of Learning Management systems
• Learning Framework   

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years working within training organisation
• Training and Assessment 4
• RTO compliance knowledge 
• Project Management
