The Training Systems Administrator is integral to administrating, maintaining and developing the operational capacity of Macmahon’s Learning and Development systems and resources. Reporting to the Training Superintendent - Systems and Governance in the Group HSEQ and Training department, you will work closely with a small team of content and systems developers to administrate, digitise and maintain learning resources and training systems. 

The Macmahon Head Office is located near Perth International Airport, T2. The Macmahon office is an award-winning facility with a large, impressive staff gym, free secure undercover parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The Head Office hosts Macmahon's centralised support services and operates as the centre of gravity for the wider Australian business.
 
 

The role focus
 

  • Administer the SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) 
  • Provide level 1 training systems support and governance training for data entry and reporting processes to end users
  • Diagnose data and report issues
  • Troubleshoot and escalate data and report issues with Service Desk Plus
  • Facilitate training needs analysis (TNA) change management for site stakeholders
  • Run training system reports and perform data entry and remediation actions to perform quality assurance and improve compliance
  • Participate in the online learning development and testing of SCORM presentations and assessments authored in Articulate Rise 360
  • Support the Training team in project start-ups and training audits

 The ideal candidate

  • High level of computer literacy with an aptitude for smart data handling
  • Proven track record in training systems administration within the resources sector
  • A problem-solver with well-developed communications and reporting skills
  • High level of attention to detail and demonstrated system documentation ability
  • Ability to function autonomously and effectively within the team
  • A willingness for site travel when required to support site stakeholders and
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
  • Site-based training administration and data entry experience is desirable
