ABOUT THE ROLE

The Opportunity - Permanent, Full-Time Position: This role will preferably be based at our head office in Perth. We understand and value the benefits flexibility brings and operate a hybrid work model (in the office and from home)

Reporting to the Treasury Operations Manager the purpose of this role is to perform daily cash management reporting activities and execution of Treasury deals for the Group. The Analyst will also be responsible for supporting Treasury-related system projects and ensuring compliance in process and data.

Key responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

• Deliver daily cash positions and cash flow forecasting for various currencies
• Execute confirmations and settlements for FX, money market, debt transactions, commodity and currency derivatives in accordance to policies and processes
• Communicate with counterparties and front office to resolve any confirmation and settlement issues
• Understand risks, complex contracts and regulations from a confirmation and settlement perspectives
• Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balances, and bank/Treasury systems

ABOUT YOU 

• Expertise in Cash Management solutions, transactional banking, derivative and settlement processes with multiple currencies
• Experience with a financial ERP system, preferably SAP/TRM, or similar Treasury Management Systems experience
• Comfortable with working in a fast pace environment
• Attention to detail and able to perform reconciliation independently

Qualifications for this position are:

• Tertiary level qualification in Finance or relevant field
