The Role
Cracow Gold Operations is recruiting underground truck drivers to join a dedicated underground operations team. This is an ideal opportunity to forge a long and successful mining career. Reporting to the underground shift supervisor, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Interviews for these positions are a two-stage process, with an initial phone interview held with our recruitment team followed by an on-site familiarisation and interview at Cracow Gold Operations, at Cracow, Qld. Attendance at the on-site interviews is required to be successful to join our team, prior to pre-employment medical.
The Operation
Cracow Gold Operations is an established gold operation located near the towns of Cracow and Theodore in central Queensland, on the traditional lands of the Wulli Wulli people. Aeris acquired Cracow Gold Operations on 1 July 2020 and employs 220 people.
Our family-friendly rosters offer a genuine work life balance, these position are available for either DIDO (within 4 hours of site) or residential in one of the beautiful country towns in the area.

The successful applicants will possess:
- Minimum HR license with 12 months experience in heavy industry (desirable)
- Demonstrated application of safe working procedures and inspection.
- Ability to work within a small operational team.
- Experience with Sandvik TH663 or Cat AD 55B will be highly regarded
- 8/6 - 7/7 Day & Night Roster
- 23 days annual leave
- $89,241 base salary
- Residential Allowance
- Superannuation contributions of 10.5% paid to your chosen superannuation fund
- Performance bonus – paid quarterly
