Macmahon’s Greenbushes Surface Mining Operations in Western Australia is a key project supporting the company’s growth in the region, delivering large-scale surface mining services with a focus on operational excellence and safety. 

Our maintenance teams take pride in keeping our Greenbushes site operating safely and efficiently. You’ll work with skilled people, who look out for each other and take pride in doing the job right. Together, we keep our fleet safe and reliable.   

About the Role  

Due to the continued growth and opportunity to further strengthen its operations in WA, Macmahon is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced candidates interested in joining its Greenbushes Surface Mining Operations where you will be responsible for carrying  out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on  across our Greenbushes Project. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.  

Role Details and Benefits

• Roster: 2:2 DIDO
• Rate: New increased wage rates for FY 27

Responsibilities   

• Check for signs of damage and wear
• Inspection of tyres and related components (e.g. rims)
• Ensure all relevant documents are submitted efficiently and accurately on time for processing
• Air pressure inspections
• Measuring thread depths
• Conduct period end checks of site fleet
• Perform monthly stock takes within required guidelines
• Able and willing to conduct other tasks when required
• Embrace and support the maintenance departments planning strategy regarding work order management and defect elimination 
• Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing 
• Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work  

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience with HME, ideally in Surface Mining 
• Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed
