Role overview:

The Tyre Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organisation, leadership and support of our team of Tyre Fitters across light vehicles to Heavy Mining Equipment. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating a strong safety culture and instilling this within your team
• Providing support, mentoring, and coaching to the Mobile Maintenance Tyre team
• Maintain budget and safety performance whilst ensuring targets are met
• Providing safe, effective, and timely outcomes
• Ensure all team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives

Education and Experience:

• Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology - OTR essential 
• Demonstrated experience within a leadership role in Mobile Maintenance with a proven commitment to safety
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft office and SAP highly desirable
• Strong understanding of maintenance strategies for large scale operations
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
