Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Development Engineer, the Development Electrical Coordinator will assist to effectively manage the development plant in a safe and efficient manner so the process operates safely and productively to deliver business targets.

• Implementation of effective electrical maintenance system to ensure equipment downtime is minimized.
• Review of all delays and implement corrective actions to improve availability.
• Monitor compliance and standards of all development electrical equipment.

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

• Electrical Trade Qualifications, Electrical Engineering qualifications will be highly regarded
• SAP maintenance system experience.
• Previous supervisory experience highly regarded   
• High level knowledge of electrical aspects associated with operation, maintenance and overhaul of modern mining equipment.
• Sound knowledge of explosion protected electrical equipment.
