We are currently seeking experienced Auto Electrician to join our UG Mining Projects team.

Operations near and far
Our Cadia site is located in Central West New South Wales, approximately 25 kms outside the vibrant regional town of Orange and three hours’ drive from Sydney. Employees reside in the varied accommodation options in Orange, with the surrounding winery and national park areas to enjoy.

Who we’re looking for
We are currently seeking Auto Electrician with proven experience troubleshooting and diagnosing faults, can perform scheduled inspections, servicing and repairs in a timely manner.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Service and maintain mobile mining equipment air conditioning systems
- Conduct required inspections to maximise equipment utilisation
- Maintain mobile plant and equipment for underground mining operations to promote reliable equipment availability
- Solve complex equipment-related issues including diagnostic fault finding
You will have:
- Auto Electrical trade qualification
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and fault find complex electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problems
- Current Drivers Licence
- High standard of work quality
- Be self-motivated and have a team orientated approach
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge to work safely and follow procedures
