UG Mine Technician - Cable Bolter

Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Cablebolt Operators to join our Mining Development team based at Cadia during an exciting period of transformation. Reporting to the Supervisor – Mining Projects you will be accountable for ensuring ground support is installed as per geotechnical requirements and equipment is maintained to a high standard. You will have a high regard for safety and ensuring standards are maintained to the highest quality.

About You

We are looking for qualified, safety focused and team-oriented individuals who have:

• A strong attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety
• Proven experience in cable bolt operation including Sandvik 421 & 422s
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Experience operating loaders, charging and service crew (desirable)
