Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Cablebolt Operator to join our team based at Cadia during an exciting period of transformation. Reporting to the Supervisor – UG Mine Development Civil, you will be accountable for ensuring ground support is installed as per geotechnical requirements and equipment is maintained to a high standard. You will have a high regard for safety and ensuring standards are maintained to the highest quality.
About You
We are looking for qualified, safety focused and team-oriented individuals who have:
- A strong attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety
- Proven experience in cable bolt operation including Sandvik 421 & 422i
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience operating loaders, charging and service crew (desirable)

Cadia Valley Operations is located in Central Western New South Wales, approximately 25 kms outside the vibrant regional town of Orange and a convenient three hours from the capital city of Sydney.
