About the Role
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from candidates whom are looking to join our underground mining operations. These Entry Level positions, will ensure you come to site and get the appropriate training within our Production (Load & Haul) environment, to then be considered for other roles within our Development & Services departments, as you become more familiar with our underground operations, safety procedures & underground road network.
In this role you will:

Promote and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent inspection of the workplace.
* Please note these roles will be commence from December 2024 onwards, well into the new year and beyond depending on demand/start requirements.
These roles are available FIFO (fly in, fly out) from Adelaide, DIDO (Drive in, Drive Out - Towns in close proximity to Roxby Downs) or Residential Roxby Downs where a shuttle bus service is provided.

A valid Driver’s Licence with significant experience driving a manual vehicle.
To be considered for these positions it is not considered essential to have prior experience within the Mining industry. We are seeking applications from individuals who are keen to learn new skills, have a proactive attitude and willing to be part of a high performing, collaborative team.
We are looking for candidates who have strong transferrable skills for the roles, the environment and the shift work and demonstrate a proven work ethic that is cut out for the long days in mining.
