Underground Mine Foreman

About the Role:

Due to expansion Pit N Portal are seeking a Mine Foreman to join our business. The ideal candidate will hold experience in a supervisory, foreman or superintendent role.

With a focus on improving the safety culture, the ideal candidate will lead and enable our team to achieve and exceed industry performance benchmarks.

We are looking for candidates who will champion Emeco values and challenge the workforce to perform their daily duties and support conventional career development plans. They will demonstrate problem solving and analytical competencies drawing on their numerous years leading multi-disciplinary teams in the underground hard-rock domain.

Skills & Experience

• Hight safety focus
• The ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of roles and functions across the organisation
• Effectively lead and manage teams
• Interpret and communicate plans to various stakeholders
• Computer proficient in the Microsoft office Suite
• WA Shift Supervisor Certificate, DGSC etc
• C Class Manual Licence
• National Police Clearance, within 6 months
