Its copper-dominant portfolio comprises four operating assets, a long-life development project and a highly prospective exploration portfolio, spanning Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria. About the role
Launch your mining career by working for an owner operator, where you will gain the hands-on experience crucial to a successful mining career, as well as the soft skills essential for exceptional leaders. If you are due to finish a degree in 2023 in the following disciplines or similar – we want you to apply! We have the following Graduate roles available:
Jaguar Operations is an established underground zinc, copper, gold and silver mining operation located 65km north of Leonora in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. It was acquired by Aeris Resources in July 2022. The Jaguar Operations tenement package spans a 410km2 area and hosts multiple favourable stratigraphic horizons along a 50km corridor.
Operations include an underground mine at the Bentley deposit utilising open stoping methods and a 600ktpa processing plant producing copper and zinc concentrates with precious metals by-products. Concentrates are trucked to the Geralton for export to customers internationally.

- Graduate Metallurgist
- Graduate Mining Engineer
- Graduate Geologist
- Relevant undergraduate in relevant disciplines with outstanding academic record
- Graduate, either in last year or recently completed an undergraduate degree
- A passion for underground mining
- Conscientious attitude towards safety
- Excellent communicator and willingness to learn and evolve
- C class, manual, driving licence
- FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie
- 8/6 Roster
