About the role   The purpose of this position is to undertake road maintenance activities within the production department to enable set targets to be reached in a safe and efficient manner.  Duties include the maintenance of all underground roadways to ensure safe and effective travel for all vehicles using graders, rollers and water trucks, and able to relieve in other positions as required 

About you

• Experience in maintenance of roadways is desirable 
• A sound knowledge / ability to work in and around heavy machinery is essential. 
• Previous experience in underground mining is essential. 
• Proven ability to demonstrate appropriate HSEC behaviours 
• Ability to work effectively within the Olympic Dam operations and functional teams. 
• Ability to communicate across multiple levels and disciplines
