Macmahon are seeking an experienced Underground Project Manager to join our dynamic Underground Contracting team at the Boston Shaker project. This role is pivotal in ensuring that underground projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, aligning with client expectations.

About the role

• Larege project allowing you to partner with various departments to achieve operational success
• 4/3 roster - Every weekend at home!
• Long mine life and contract term - allowing long term decisions to be made and implemented.

About you 

• You lead with integrity, driving performance to achieve operational success.
• You have proven success in an operational leadership role within the Underground mining contracting business
• Have exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• You can demonstrate a strong record of delivering results in safety, production and cost mangement
• You have the ability to shape the future of this large Underground Mining Project
