About you 

  • Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.
  • Be able to monitor your crews’ competencies and training requirements.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience in large teams.
  • MUST hold a WA Shift Supervisor Ticket. 
  • Hold a Shotfirers ticket and DGSC.
  • Senior First Aid certificate.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
