About the Role

  • 2:2 Roster from Perth
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Day to day coordination of crews
  • Oversee daily underground mining operations
  • Lead crews to achieve key deliverables through safe practices and cost-effective methods
  • Strong leadership focused on empowering teams and driving positive outcomes.
  • Facilitate daily-pre-start meetings and task planning sessions.
  • Create detailed shift plans to optimise productivity and operational efficiency.

About you

  • Must hold a current WA Shift Supervisor Ticket 
  • Experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role 
  • Valid Manual Drivers Licence
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
  • Hold all valid and relevant qualifications, certificates, and licences.
